Cribbing Prevention

Cribbing is a behavioral vice in horses caused by boredom and involving destructive chewing or biting. Cribbing can result in digestive disturbances, weight loss and dental damage and of course damage to stable infrastructure.

The behavior may be reduced by providing he horse with adequate exercise, avoiding constant stabling, provide toys and social interaction and using Joseph Lyddy’s specially developed Crib Stop.

Crib Stop Spray or Paste can be applied to surfaces, materials, tack and many more items to discourage chewing , sucking or biting habits. Safe non – toxic, stainless, odourless and washes out with water.
