All orders over $50 are delivered free of charge nationally. Others will incur a flat fee of $10.00.

Once your Joseph Lyddy online purchase is complete, our customer service team will pick and dispatch goods as soon as possible.

Delivery times to some rural areas can take up to six business days depending on the remoteness of the area (note: any goods labelled as dangerous cannot be transported by air or by Australia Post. These items will be road freighted and may delay delivery times).

All satchels are permitted to be left at the delivery address unless there is a ‘Signature required’ sticker on the satchel. If there is a ‘signature required’ sticker, the satchel will be returned to the nearest depot for the customer to arrange delivery (note: a ’not Home’ card will be left at the delivery address for the customer’s reference).

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to change any of the details (eg products or delivery details) once your order has been picked and dispatched.

If delivery is to a business address, please advise working hours of that business.

Waproo is fully committed to providing excellent customer service via product quality and efficient delivery. We endeavour to ensure stock is always available. In the unlikely event of a stock-out situation we will be in contact within 2 business days to discuss what options are available for the customer - for example: alternative products, product sizes, back order or a full refund.

Should you wish to obtain a refund or exchange, please return the item/s in their original condition together with your tax invoice. (note: please read Dangerous Goods exceptions outlined below)

Please note: For both exchanges and refunds, the cost of return postage back to Joseph Lyddy is the responsibility of the customer. However, all exchanges returned to you will be free of delivery charges.

Any item categorised as dangerous goods cannot be returned, as very specific documentation and other various restrictions apply when freighting around the country.
